Fuelled by her desire to guide and support people dealing with everyday personal and professional life issues such as stress, anxiety, burn-out, inter-personal relationships, self-doubt, low self-esteem, etc, she decided to transition from corporate life into the world of professional coaching, counselling, therapy and training for individuals and teams.
